- The Coin of Deceit is a craftable Pre-Hardmode rogue accessory. When equipped, the player’s rogue critical strike chance is increased by 6% and all stealth strikes only consume 75% of the player's maximum stealth when performed.
- Coins Coins are the currency of Terraria. They are used to purchase various kinds of items, ranging from consumables, blocks, tools and some weapons. They are also used as a cost to reforge weapons, armours and accessories.
- Talisman of Desire is a post-Moon Lord tier Expert Mode-exclusive accessory from the Treasure Bag dropped by Worm King Greed and it is the stronger variant of Charm of Desire. It has the effects of the Charm of Desire and Greedy Ring combined. This accessory is the only accessory that includes a vanilla accessory's effect in it, but its predecessor can't be crafted into.

The Lucky Coin – is dropped by pirates during a Pirate Invasion at a rate of 1/4000 (0.025%) or from the Flying Dutchman at a rate of 1/200 (0.5%), but is not dropped by Parrots. With the Lucky Coin equipped, there is a 1/5 (20%) chance that 1 to 10 extra coins will drop each time the player damages an enemy.

The Absorber is a craftable Hardmodeaccessory. When equipped, it grants the effects of all its component accessories, along with the added effect of healing the player for 1/20 of the damage from incoming attacks. It can be combined with the Ambrosial Ampoule to make The Sponge.

Gold Ring Terraria
- The item does not grant the defense boost from the Rover Drive.
- Shell Speed Boost will not be granted on hit if the player has the Panic Necklace or any of its upgrades equipped.
- While all of the ingredients can be obtained as soon as Calamitas is defeated, the Lunatic Cultist must also be defeated to obtain the Ancient Manipulator.
